1. Since our membership provides immediate access to digital content and downloadable materials, we have a clear policy regarding refunds:
We generally do not offer refunds. Because digital goods are delivered instantly, we cannot "reclaim" the content once it has been accessed or downloaded.
2. Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your membership at any time through your account settings.
- Monthly/Recurring Plans:
After you cancel, you will continue to have access to the site until the end of your current billing period.
- No Partial Refunds:
We do not offer prorated refunds for the remaining days in a billing cycle.
3. Technical Issues
If you are unable to access our content due to a technical error on our end, please let us know. If we can’t fix the issue for you within 24 hours
, we will issue a refund for that month.
